Canberra Part Two...

Canberra is awesome. Being in this house with Dad and Tamie... it's kind of like one of those families straight out of an american TV show. It's different to how I live in Bouldy and Rocky. Really different. It's not just about being able to use my phone and laptop and to go on facebook whenever I think of it... it's the vibe in the house. It feels like a real family.

At home it still feels like a family, it's just a little bit more hectic. With te boys being so young the vibe is just a little bit different. And mum wonders why I spend time in my room... it's to get away from the hecticness of it all. Away from screaming kids and that poo smell (even though here you can still smell poo coz the cat just goes wherever he pleases) and that feeling I get when I stand in the living room. Like an 'I don't know what to do now' kind of feeling.

Mum's gunna read this and get the wrong idea of it all, like she usually does. But really, all I'm saying is that it's different here than it is to home. Very... very different.

P.S I actually have a boyfriend now. O.O His name is Anthony *cough* Boy 1. MHim and I have been friends for two years and this was always coming. He just never made his move. He finally did. And he got me for a christmas present.

Happy Christmas eve!!

First few days of Canberra

So, I am currently sitting on my Stepmum's couch watching Jordin play COD Black Ops. Incase I hadn't said so before, I go down to Canberra to visit my Dad every 2nd Christmas. This Christmas I am with my Dad for Christmas. So, to start this blog I am going to type up what I wrote while I was on my two hour flight. 


I write this from an airplane seat. Not a very comfortable one at that. Let me tell you the not so fortunate things that happened on my travels today. The day started fine with me finding everyone a present (on sale) and I really have outdone myself. I bought a present for everyone except Dad. I'm not saying what these things are because they may be reading >.> <.<
So then Mum and I got to the airport at 11:30am to chick-in for my 12:00 flight. However, we then find out it is cancelled due to technical problems. Yes, yes, very sad. Anyway the lady behind the counter did change my flight to be at 5:00pm. So, I leave the airport and go with mum to the doctor for Riley. (Poor guy fell down the stairs and has a nasty bruise on his forehead. Other than his Harry Potter scar [seriously!] he is as fit as a fittle). So we leave the doctors and go to Katie's place. I went (ananounced, but it wouldnt have been if Katie wasnt asleep until noon to read my texts) and asked if I could chill out for awhile and mum could go home. Matt was going to pick me up and take me to the airport but (shocker!) he couldn't. So, Katie's mum (that woman is a saint!) offered to drive me on the way to the library. I got to my plane after hanging out at Katies and examining her new hair, and see that it has been delayed thirty minutes. I didn't think it was too bad considering at least I wouldn't miss my connecting flight to canberra.. Wanna know when I finally got on the plane? 7:00pm. 2 hours just chilling and reading. I had to buy another book to keep myself occupied! Really... I was supposed to be in canberra at 4:00pm and I am now going to turn up at midnight. Brilliant. 
FYI, I'm not on my laptop or anything I'm just writing it in my notebook and I plan on typing it up when I can.

Yeah... that was all done in my notebook and I just typed it up raw. 
As soon as I got the Canberra we went straight home and to bed. When I woke up, I said hello to Tamie (my step mum) and Lana (My half sister) and Jordin (my step brother) and played UNO for a little while. After that, we all had a shower and went shopping. Jordin and Tamie went separately as they were buying a present for Dad. THEN Dad took me to a phone shop to buy a NEW PHONE! I'm stocked!! My old phone is almost unusable and it was the only thing I asked from dad. So I have a new phone. Yay! After that we went to a few shops and I spent a little bit more money around the place. I bought some shirts from Target and a shirt and some bangles from Cotton On. We got home and I started playing Fable III again (But as a chick) and then Dad takes me to the movies to see the new Harry Potter! But, It's not just any movie cinema. It was DENBY PREMEUM... or something. It's like gold class. There are seats that you can lay back on and you can order hot food halfway through the movie. Harry Potter was awesome but the whole thing was just icing on the cake. 
The next day was just a lazy day. We pretty much just chilled. Yesterday Dad took me to the city shops. I bought his present there, a remote control helicopter. He knows that's what he's getting because I told him to choose between the motorbike and the helicopter.  I also bought some credit for my phone, a memory card for it, and a case for it. Now I don't have a whole lot of money left but I don't mind because Christmas is in a few days. ;)

High Praise

I wrote a poem. 
Yeah, fascinating.
But I didn't plan on anyone reading it, however mum did without me knowing. After, she said something that struck me. She said "Some of the things that come into your head are incredible."


I never thought about it before, but writing it something I can just do. It may be something to do with all the reading I have done over the years but writing poems or stories it just comes to me. I'll show you the poem.


Even if the God above said she was not worthy, she'd remain.

Even if the death note had her name within it's lines, she'd remain.

Or something like that. I'm going off memory because I lost the envelope that I wrote it on but that is pretty much it. When I wrote it, I didn't think about anything. I was actually just thinking about the Death Note and wondering if anyone had ever put a reference of it in a song or a poem and it just kinda fell out. It doesn't mean anything, it's just a silly poem.


Right now I'm working on a story called Three Bullets. It's about kid aliens who look like us come to our planet to kill off people of their species on earth who were sent by the leaders of their planet to invade us. And when I say 'kid' I mean late teens. There are only three ways to kill these aliens. One is by beheading them. Two, but shooting them with a human weapon straight into their heart, which is in the middle of their chest. When they are in the dark, their heart glows through their skin. And last of all, you can kill them by shooting them anywhere on their body with a special bullet that their race created. Name to come. Anyway, this unleashes a sort of liquid into their skin that is fatal to them. Shooting them into the heart with a normal bullet is fatal because inside their heart is this fatal liquid and shooting it unleashes it. So, the name of the story is because these aliens who come to save us where given only 3 of these special bullets that kill their kind.
Yeah... I'm just brainstorming.

Mum and I went into Mount Morgan today because she needed nappies. After, we drove around the corner to Lifeline and mum went in to have a look. There were cheap xmas shirts! Mum got one for Jack and Riley, one for herself and pete and one for me. Heres a pic of mine editted to what I posted on facebook.

It's cute eh? And here is a photo of me and the little guys wearing their shirts.

So yeah. Mumma has been telling me to put my christmas list on but I haven't been able to get it all together. As soon as I do, it's going on here and on facebook. Merry Christmas.

There are another 8 Modules after the ones I have listed with approx 8 tests each, some around 12. I should complete these all by the time the south side hungry jacks opens.

Toads

I had my first shift at my new job at Hungry Jacks today. T'was not bad. It was mostly just training me and the other newbies what to do. However they did make us do the hard things, like the clean the toilets. 
Including the mens.


It was so gross!! I new men's toilets smelt bad but MY GOD! I feel sorry for gay guys who have personal hygene who actually have to use it. There was dry pee on the fountain thing! I was so grossed out. Anyway, I made some new friends though. There was Hayley who just graduated Rocky High and Tayla who is my age and goes to Rocky high. She knows some of the people I know so we got along fine. 


Pete picked me up and took me to Katie's mothers place because I left my phone charger there over the weekend. On the way, I just stared out the window, and what did I see?


Toads. Lots and LOTS of toads.


It was disgusting! I've always hated toads! Ever since I stood on a big fat one when I was ten I've hated them. They are slimy and brown and gross! And, they were in PACKS!
No joke. I would never see one by itself there was always at least five together at one time. I was totally thrown! 


You know how some people say there is going to be a Zombie Apocalypse? Well, I say different. I believe there is going to be a TOAD apocalypse. Sooner or later those toads are going to get sick and tired of us hitting them with gold clubs, spraying them with detol or puting them in the freezer. They are going to rebel, you wait and see. People out in the country will be the first to go, then it'll work its way into larger cities. And when they bite you, you turn into a toad. 


Great. I'm just giving myself nightmares.

He always gets it.

Any teenage girl that has a boy like this, knows what it feels like. If you're not a teenage girl or you don't have one of these boys, you will never know how special you can feel.

Halloween II

Halloween II is one of the lamest horror movies of all time. I haven't seen number one but I have a feeling that it is way better than that.

Movies to get tonight and watch with Katie & Robbie:

• Zombieland

Yeah... I haven't seen any of these except Wrong Turn. It's about inbread hillbillys who kill people for fun. Kind of reminds me of this episode of Supernatural in season one. I think the episode is called hunt or something because the hillbillys just kidnap people and then let them go and hunt them while they think they are free.

Maybe the makers of Supernatural got the idea of that episode from the movie Wrong Turn. It's got good actors in it and I'm gunna get it for Katie and Robbie because it's one of the only scary movies I've seen. I cant even remember where I saw it. I think it was with Zoie because the only scary movies I've seen were with her before I met Katie. I wouldn't even watch movies with Matt because he doesn't like stupid movies. He's picky.

Zoie used to be my best friend at bouldercombe. We were so close. And then she moved away and I was stuck there with my frenemy Shyan and my boyfriend Stephen. That's another story.

Matt, however, is the most awesomest guy. He's picky about everything. He doesn't even want to make a facebook. Silly boy. He's one of my best friends I spose, I've known him forever.

Anyway, Christmas is coming up soon and I will be posting my christmas list on blogger and on my facebook soon. It's not that much really. Most of it is just usual (Cash, vouchers, DVD's ect.) But there are the stuff on there too.

Lately...

I was hanging out with Katie and Josh (aka Boy 2) at the library yesterday. And we were just talking about random stuff we usually spoke about like.... well you know, teenage stuff. And then there was this guy sitting next to Katie on the computer laughing at every thing funny. Eventually when Josh left (shame on my part) we asked what the guys name was. Apparently he live in the same area as me and is one year older than me.

We added him on facebook.

So yesterday, Katie and I made a new friend.

Actually, in exactly the same place we met Katies ex boyfriend who made a move on me and tried to get me to sleep with him. Messed up? I think so.
